- Total situational awareness
- Choice of 2 dB cut flat attenuation filters
- Ease of Equalization as it is vented
- A block to install for the non-linear filter for maximum reduction
You will receive two sets of filters of your choice from our selection that range from 9 dB, 15 dB, 20 dB, and 25 dB reductions.
There are also two filter plugs included that turn the filtered plugs into earplugs of your filtered selection.

I loved my custom molded set of (full-stop) earplugs so much that I ordered 2 additional pair a week after my initial order! One set of “The One” with 2 sets of additional filters and another pair of Full-stops just for my peace-of-mind.
I love these that much! Having always been protective of my hearing, I’d grown accustomed to foam plugs but had hoped to be fitted for custom plugs at some point. Most of the adds I’d seen on-line required that I go to an audiologist and have impressions made and then I’d have to order the custom plugs…I just never made the time; plus, I truly hate my ears being messed with which added to the procrastination.
Fast forward a couple Youtube videos and a chance trip by Bigear’s office and my wife and I were headed in to have our impressions made. Notice I said “we.” That’s right, I fully intended to have my wife have her ears molded first. Someone had to be the Guinea pig!! Stone and his family went out of their way to accommodate my wife and I as we were on the road and traveling near their office on a Saturday afternoon. I’d previously made a mental note of their location and promised myself, I’d investigate the options if/when the opportunity presented itself.
Simple, efficient, done! I feel a little silly about putting this off for so long. The entire process only takes a few minutes and you’re finished! Best of all, I love the idea that my molds are kept in house which affords me the luxury of simply picking up the phone and ordering “whatever” when the mood strikes. Like I said up top; I ordered two more pair after my initial set came in. I also plan to order another custom molded earpiece for my Bluetooth headset. The fit of a custom molded set of earplugs is nothing short of luxurious. No more waiting for foam to expand, fussing with making sure they’re in properly…none of that. My new earplugs simply slide into place in less than a second and removal is a simple twist and a pull. Plus, they look cool as hell!! (Clear with blue and white swirls)
