Our lab generated soft earplug allows the user experience hearing protection with reduced irritation. These are ideal for those who have increased sensitivity in the ear canal or have a difficult time wearing any form of hearing protection for long periods of time. Z:)

These plugs are also great for sleeping as they are extremely pliable and they may also be used in water or under extremely tight helmets for an extra comfortable fit.

Many people do not realize it, but the constant sound of the wind flying past a motorcycle helmet is actually hurting their ears, and draining them mentally. The best motorcycle helmets only reduce 4 dB of outside sound. While 4 dB is quite a bit, it is usually 105 to 110 dB of external noise that we are dealing with.

 

This problem can be solved merely by using motorcycle earplugs.

The constant whoosh of air moving past a helmet at highway speeds generates a sound level of 95 – 110 dB for long periods of time. Hearing professionals recommend wearing earplugs when exposed to any sounds above 85 dB.

Experts say,

“IF YOU DO  NOT WEAR  HEARING PROTECTION YOU ARE DIRECTLY CAUSING HEARING DAMAGE.”

I know you don’t realize now, but for the rest of your life, you will have hearing damage as Hearing damage is not reversible.  On a positive note hearing damage is preventable with the proper hearing protection.

Now leave it. Come back after a good nights rest, start up the car and hear how loud it is. You could barely hear it the night before.
