With our Perfect Fit technology, all fit issues must be corrected within the first 90 days from delivery.

Big Ear, Inc warrants the earplugs that are made on-site, to fit and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Big Ear, Inc.’s sole obligation under this limited liability warranty shall be to repair or replace your product at our sole discretion. We will re-coat, repair or remake this product for the original customer for the limited liability warranty period. This limited liability warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country.

Custom earplugs are not meant to block out all sound. There are still low-level sounds which can be heard at 28-32 dB. Rather, they are supposed to provide protection against loud environments but still allow a person with normal hearing to communicate.

Due to the custom nature of the products, there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Big Ear, Inc warrants all custom fit laboratory non-electronic products to be free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipping subject to the “Users Obligations” listed below. Any Big Ear, Inc. product that is returned after the ninety (90) day period, and after Big Ear, Inc.’s examination shows that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship, during the twelve (12) month limited liability warranty period, will be remade at no cost to the original customer.

This limited liability warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country. Big Ear, Inc.’s sole obligation under this limited liability warranty shall be to repair or replace your product.

Any Big Ear, Inc. product that’s returned after the (90) day period, and after Big Ear, Inc.’s examination shows that the product has a defect in materials or artistry, during the twelve (12) month limited liability warranty period, will be remade at no cost to the original customer.

This limited liability warranty provides the original purchaser with specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state or country to country. Big Ear, Inc.’s sole obligation under this limited liability warranty shall be to repair or replace your product.

1. The biggest problem with custom electronics is the customer’s inability to manage earwax. Most problems are usually from earwax blocking the sound bore in the electronic device. It is up to each customer to keep his earwax managed. In doing so, most problems will be avoided. Many products are available to help you manage ear wax at any pharmacy or on our website. See insert enclosed with your purchased electronic product.
2. Big Ear, Inc. is in regular attendance at trade shows and events, and depending on your problem, limited liability warranty fit adjustment can be made personally by one of our trained impressionists. All fit issues must be corrected within the first 90 days from delivery.
3. Any Limited Liability Warranty work, as appropriate, must be sent directly to Big Ear, Inc., freight prepaid, at the address on the website and must include a completed Repair Invoice form describing the problem along with where the product is to be returned and any shipping instructions.
4. No limited liability warranty work will be provided for damage caused by the user, such as, but not limited to, ear wax impacted in the filter, over-driving of the transducer(s) (caused by having the volume turned up when you plug in your Big Ear’s), damage caused by impact shock, extremes of temperature, immersion in any liquid, abuse, or any other customer-caused damage.
5. All Limited Liability Warranty work shall be provided for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required for any and all Limited Liability Warranty work.
6. Limited Liability Warranty work is performed by trained professionals either on-site or in our labs and is professional, precise, methodical and complete.
   Accordingly, please be aware that, depending on the problem, it could take up to four (4) weeks to complete the work and return it to you.
7. If any Big Ear, Inc. product is returned after the 90-day period, and if Big Ear, Inc.’s examination shows that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship during the limited liability warranty period, it will be remade at no cost to the original customer.
8. In the event that our examination finds the damage not subject to our Limited Liability Warranty, Big Ear, Inc. will provide a quote to make any repairs to filters, transducers, cables, etc. Such repair work will only be done upon the customer’s acceptance, authorization, and payment.
