The one will allow you to hear all the cues you need to hear from the world around you but when these cringeworthy gym polluting sounds arise, you will not be damaged as the non-linear filter will not allow sound over 85 dB to penetrate your ear canal and cause you damage. With the flat-attenuation filter, you choose the reduction you would like. Your choices are 25, 20, 15 and 9 dB reductions.

I usually go to the gym every weekend but the problem is that they do Zumba classes the same time I’m there. They play the music too loud most of the time and that always triggers some ringing in my ears. Since they can’t move the class to another venue and I don’t want to go to a new gym(I already have friends there), I guess these earplugs will do for now. I didn’t expect them to be this comfortable to wear and they really do the job. Less ringing for my ears, I suppose!
